Chatterly Review (2026): The Chatter CRM That Finally Shows Its Prices
Two things to know before anything else about Chatterly. First, the OnlyFans chatter-management CRM now lives at usechatterly.com. Second, its pricing is no longer a secret. When we first reviewed the tool in late 2025, prices hid behind a demo call and we warned about surprise bills. As of July 28, 2026, the pricing page is public and self-serve: seven bands from $20 to $200 per connected creator per month, set by each creator’s monthly net revenue, with every feature included at every band and a 14-day free trial that needs no sales call. What Chatterly actually is
Chatterly is an operating system for agencies that still believe in human chatters. The messaging CRM keeps fan spend history, scripts, vault content and AI suggestions inside each conversation; keyword auto-responders sell locked PPVs when a fan types a tag like #BG1; PPV follow-ups bump unopened messages automatically; fan groups segment audiences on lifetime spend, purchase frequency and recency with nested AND/OR rules. On top sits the management layer the tool is really bought for: chatter performance data per shift — sales, replies, unlocks, activity — growth attribution for tracking links and trials, and protected team access so employees work inside Chatterly without ever holding an OnlyFans password. Fire a chatter, revoke a seat, change nothing else.
The vendor claims 10,000+ agencies and 99.998% uptime — vendor numbers, not audited. Two design choices are confirmed on its own pages: Chatterly is deliberately OnlyFans-only, and its AI is an assistant trained on your scripts that suggests the next move while your team keeps sending. Both matter later in this review.
Chatterly pricing (verified July 2026): $20 to $200 per creator
Each connected creator is priced independently by monthly net revenue; the feature set never changes between bands. From the live pricing page, July 28, 2026:

Billing is computed automatically at the end of each cycle from connected-account data, so the band follows the creator’s actual month — you do not self-declare. The 14-day trial covers the full product.
The revenue-band math
Run the percentages and the model looks fair at the top and steep at one specific point. A $50k creator pays $200 — 0.4% of net. A $12k creator pays $100 — under 1%. The pinch is the $1k threshold: a creator netting $1,100 pays $35, or 3.2% of revenue, the highest effective rate on the grid. Compare the alternatives: Substy’s free tier takes 15% of AI-closed sales, so for human-driven revenue Chatterly’s flat bands are structurally cheaper; and Chatterly’s $20 entry undercuts Infloww’s publicly listed $40 start — a comparison Chatterly itself publishes, checked against Infloww’s pricing on July 19, 2026 by the vendor. One budgeting caution: a good month moves a creator up a band automatically, so your software bill rises with every breakout — plan for it instead of being surprised by it.
Chatterly and the OnlyFans ToS question
Fully automated fan interactions are not permitted under OnlyFans’ policies — which is exactly why Chatterly’s architecture is the compliance-friendly one. Its AI drafts and suggests; humans send. That is the same defensible stance as OnlyMonster, and the opposite bet from autonomous bots like Spicy AI or Substy’s full-auto mode. The greyest zone in Chatterly is the automation layer — keyword auto-responders and scheduled PPV follow-ups do send messages without a human on the key at that moment. Used at sane volumes these look like standard scheduled campaigns, but the principle from our AI chatbot guide applies here too: keep automation assistive, keep volumes human-plausible, and the account risk stays yours to manage, not the vendor’s.
Who should use Chatterly — and who should not
- Agencies running human chatter teams: yes — per-shift earnings, message logs and passwordless seats are exactly the oversight problem Chatterly was built to solve.
- Managers tired of demo-call pricing: yes. Self-serve signup and a public grid fixed our biggest 2025 complaint.
- Multi-platform rosters: no. Chatterly is OnlyFans-only by design — Fanvue-heavy agencies should look at Substy or our CRM roundup.
- Teams trying to replace chatters with AI: wrong tool. Chatterly speeds humans up; it does not remove them.

Score: 4.3 out of 5. Chatterly in mid-2026 is a better product than the one we reviewed in 2025, and a more honest one: public revenue-band pricing from $20, every feature at every tier, self-serve trial, and the chatter-oversight layer that remains the best reason to buy it. Points come off for the OnlyFans-only scope, the automatic band jumps that inflate your bill on breakout months, and vendor-quoted adoption numbers we cannot verify. If your agency runs on human chatters, start the 14-day trial with your mid-band creators and read your own per-shift numbers before deciding. If your plan is AI-first, this is not your tool — and Chatterly does not pretend otherwise.
