OnlyFans CRM Pricing Compared (2026): What Six Tools Really Cost

Cover card: OnlyFans CRM pricing compared, 2026 guide by the OFM Audit Team on ofm-tools.com

OnlyFans CRM pricing in 2026 runs from $0 to $299.99 per creator per month, and the sticker price is the least useful number on any pricing page. Every serious tool bills per connected account, four of the six scale the fee with the creator’s earnings, and two take a commission on top of the subscription. Verified on the vendors’ own pages in July 2026 across our reviews: OnlyMonster runs $30–250 per account on seven earnings tiers, SuperCreator is genuinely free up to 10 accounts, Infloww starts at $40 per creator profile, FansMetric charges a flat $39 or $99, Substy is $0 plus a 15% commission on AI sales, and CreatorHero runs $39.99 up to a $299.99 cap. The table below turns those six models into actual monthly bills.

Methodology in one line: every figure comes from our full reviews of each tool, where we read the vendor’s live pricing page and dated what we saw — nothing here is estimated from third-party roundups. Feature verdicts, as opposed to prices, live in our best OnlyFans CRM hub.

The 2026 pricing table: six CRMs, two real scenarios

Two scenarios anchor the comparison, because “from $X/month” hides everything that matters. Cost at $10k is one account earning $10,000 in the trailing month — the exact revenue point where earnings-based pricing starts to bite. Cost for 10 creators is ten accounts each in the $10–20k band, the roster shape of a mid-size agency. All prices per month.

OnlyFans CRM pricing compared July 2026: OnlyMonster $30 entry and $100 at $10k per month, SuperCreator free up to 10 accounts, Infloww $40 per creator profile with in-app earnings brackets, FansMetric flat $39, Substy $0 plus 15 percent of AI sales, CreatorHero $39.99 rising to $199.99; ten creators cost $0 to $1,999.90 per month.

Reading the table honestly

Three things jump out. First, the same $10k account costs anywhere from $39 (FansMetric) to $199.99 (CreatorHero) — a 5x spread for tools that all call themselves CRMs, which is why comparing entry prices is pointless. Second, the 10-creator column is where per-account pricing shows its teeth: the same roster runs $0 on SuperCreator’s free plan and nearly $2,000 on CreatorHero. Third, the commission-based rows (Substy, SuperCreator’s Super AI) cannot be reduced to a single number — their real cost is a function of how much the AI sells, which is exactly why they deserve their own section below.

Which pricing model fits which profile

Solo creator or first-model agency: pay $0 until the numbers exist

With one to three accounts, the correct CRM bill is zero or close to it. SuperCreator’s CRM Lite is the strongest free plan on the market — a real fan CRM with password-less team permissions for up to 10 accounts at $0. Substy’s Starter is also $0 with unlimited creators, but remember it takes 15% of every sale its AI closes — free software, not free selling. If you want a paid tool with no commission, SuperCreator Premium from $15 is the cheapest serious entry, then OnlyMonster at $30; Infloww at $40 per creator profile (verified July 2026) only makes sense here if you need its multi-platform inbox and audit logs.

Small agency (3–10 creators, mostly under $10k): flat and low-tier pricing wins

In this band, earnings-based tools are still cheap — OnlyMonster charges $30–50 per account under $10k, Infloww around $40 — and FansMetric’s flat $39 buys the best attribution in the price class (per-chatter sales, per-link ROI). The decision is about what you measure, not what you pay: the bills only diverge once accounts cross $10k. One planning rule: model the tool line at the revenue you are recruiting toward, not the revenue you have.

Scale (10+ creators, $10k+ accounts): the pricing model is the decision

Past $10k per account, the models split hard. OnlyMonster gets progressive — $100–250 per account, though the 6-month prepay locks a lower tier before an account grows into an expensive one. CreatorHero is regressive: its $299.99 cap makes whale accounts cost 0.6% of gross while small accounts pay proportionally the most, so it favors rosters of proven earners. FansMetric stays flat at $39/$99 no matter what the account earns — the quiet winner for high-revenue rosters. And at 20+ accounts, SuperCreator and Infloww both move you to custom pricing: at that size everything is a negotiation, so negotiate.

The pricing traps: what the pricing pages do not say

  • Commissions hiding behind subscriptions. SuperCreator’s Super AI is “$99” plus 5% of AI-driven net sales — $2,000 of AI sales makes it an effective $199. Substy’s “free” Starter is 15% of AI sales: at $5,000 of AI-closed revenue that is $750/month, more than any subscription in this comparison. Free plans with commissions are the most expensive plans for good accounts.
  • Earnings-tier cliffs. OnlyMonster doubles from $50 to $100 the month an account crosses $10k — precisely when you are also paying more in chatter commissions. SuperCreator’s earnings slider only shows the real price in-app, and Infloww’s brackets move too. If a vendor prices on your revenue, ask for the full grid in writing before connecting a roster.
  • Per-account is not per-seat. None of these tools charge per team member — chatters are free; connected accounts are the meter. That sounds generous until you scale: tool costs grow linearly with your roster whether or not revenue does. The counter-moves: activate expensive tiers only on the accounts that use them (FansMetric’s per-account Pro is the fairest version of this), and prepay to lock rates (OnlyMonster: 10% off at 3 months, 20% at 6, tier locked for the term; Substy: 25% off annually).
  • The floor on dead accounts. Per-account minimums keep billing when accounts stall: CreatorHero’s $39.99 floor applies even at $0 revenue, and every flat per-account fee does the same. Disconnect dormant accounts — a 20-account roster with five sleepers is paying real money for nothing.

FAQ: OnlyFans CRM pricing

What is the cheapest OnlyFans CRM in 2026?

Genuinely free: SuperCreator CRM Lite ($0, up to 10 accounts, no commission) is the cheapest real CRM, verified July 2026. Substy’s Starter is also $0 but takes 15% of AI-closed sales. Cheapest paid entry without commissions: SuperCreator Premium from $15/month, then OnlyMonster at $30 per account and Infloww at $40 per creator profile (verified July 2026).

Why does my CRM bill go up when a creator grows?

Because four of the six tools price on the account’s earnings: OnlyMonster reads trailing 30-day revenue across seven tiers, CreatorHero adds a success fee per revenue band, and SuperCreator and Infloww adjust per-account pricing by earnings bracket. Only FansMetric ($39/$99 flat) charges the same at $500 as at $50,000.

What does a CRM cost for a 10-creator agency?

For ten accounts each earning $10–20k/month, verified July 2026 prices give: $0 on SuperCreator CRM Lite, roughly $400 on Infloww, $390 on FansMetric Standard, $1,000 on OnlyMonster ($800 prepaid 6 months) and $1,999.90 on CreatorHero. Substy depends on AI sales: $690 + 10% on Pro.

Are the free trials real?

Mostly. OnlyMonster (7 days) and FansMetric require no credit card — verified July 2026. CreatorHero offers 7 days, Substy adds a free week on paid plans on top of its free tier, and SuperCreator skips trials entirely because its free plan is permanent. Test on your two most active accounts; a trial on a dormant account proves nothing.
