The cheapest CRM in our OnlyFans CRM lineup now costs $10 per creator. The most expensive costs $40 · and documents fewer analytics. That inversion is worth a closer look.

AgencyKey is a web-based CRM that overlays directly on the OnlyFans inbox: smart lists, mass messages, shift management, 310 granular permissions (AgencyKey’s current count · some of their public pages still show the old 162), custom proxies, and a reporting layer that goes places its competitors don’t · cohort LTV, fan-funnel journeys, chargeback warnings.

It’s also young, lightly reviewed (one Trustpilot review, a couple of Reddit threads), and while its help docs now cover credential and session handling, there is still no standalone security whitepaper. Our AgencyKey review is, as far as we can tell, the first real one · so we vetted the price, the analytics, and the security story it doesn’t tell.

What is AgencyKey?

AgencyKey is a hybrid CRM: the web version handles settings and analytics, while the desktop app (required) connects creator accounts and works inside OnlyFans · chats, fan profiles, scripts, automation. It rebuilds the chat list, chat header and side panels directly on top of the OnlyFans web interface, a webview-overlay model that sits between Infloww’s web-SaaS-plus-VPS approach and OFManager’s desktop app. Third architecture, third set of trade-offs.

The positioning is an operations system rather than a chatter toy: teams, roles with 310 distinct permissions, shift scheduling, account switching, scripts and sensitive-word handling, custom proxy configuration, and AI hooks via MCP · the same protocol wave we covered in our OnlyFansAPI review.

Who built it? The docs, changelog and Telegram support channel show an active team · but no named founders, no about page, one Trustpilot review and at least two Reddit discussions as of July 2026. Young public footprint, real product. Both things are true, and your due diligence should hold both.

Key Features (Where $10 Goes Surprisingly Far)

1. The $10 floor (and a trial that resets per creator)

Pricing is revenue-based and starts at $10/month per creator · the lowest published floor in our lineup. Every creator you add gets 30 free days, no card required, which turns onboarding a new signing into a free month of tooling. The catch mirrors OFManager’s: the brackets above the floor come from a “your price” calculator, not a published table.

2. Inbox telemetry your chatters will actually use

Hot-buyer badges, online status, pinned chats, translation, and the standout: online top spenders across all creators · one view of every whale currently active anywhere on your roster. Add filters that hide non-payers and your chatters spend their shift where the money is instead of triaging tourists.

3. Analytics nobody else documents

This is AgencyKey’s real flex: a cohort LTV dashboard, a fan-funnel journey report, a Frequent Chargebacks warning flag, and per-fan buying power (max spend on other creators, average PPV, percent paid). FansMetric built a reputation on heatmaps; AgencyKey’s documented reporting goes further on the fan-economics side · on paper, at least.

4. Granular control, with AI on the modern rail

The 310-permission system plus shifts means a chatter sees exactly what you allow · including hiding fan financial data from staff. The MCP integration and “AI Recon” put it on the same AI-agent rail the rest of the ecosystem is adopting, though there’s no native AI chatting here.

Is AgencyKey Safe? The Question Its Docs Don’t Answer

Here’s what the public documentation covers: application-layer security. Roles, permissions, fan-data privacy toggles, custom proxies per account. All real, all useful.

Here’s what the help docs now cover on the session side, and it’s meaningful: OnlyFans passwords are not stored · after login, only encrypted session credentials sit on AgencyKey’s servers, they’re never shown to team members, each connected account runs an isolated session, and the temporary login-window data is cleared after authentication. Reauthorization behaviour and the effect of enabling 2FA are documented, and since June 2026 identity verification runs inside the desktop app during connection. What’s still missing is a consolidated security whitepaper of the kind Infloww (VPS containers, passwordless team access) or OFManager (desktop isolation, zero-knowledge login) publish · the engineering is no longer a black box, but you have to assemble the story from help-doc pages rather than one spec before handing over a six-figure account.

No bans have been publicly linked to AgencyKey · but with this little public usage data, absence of complaints is weak evidence in both directions. Our practical advice: ask their support for a written security spec (they answer on Telegram), and run your 30-day trial on a test account before connecting your roster.

Also on our radar: Supercreator ($15/account Premium) if an AI chat copilot matters more than analytics depth, and OnlyMonster if maximum account isolation is the requirement. Rule of thumb: data-obsessed and budget-bound → AgencyKey; security paperwork required → if a consolidated security whitepaper is a hard requirement, Infloww and OFManager publish more formal specs. Another budget pick worth comparing is PostCharm, the sales-message tool.

Who Should Try AgencyKey (and Who Shouldn’t)

Try it if: your decisions run on fan economics (LTV, funnels, chargeback exposure), your roster is big enough that per-account price dominates the bill (15+ creators), or you want a no-install web tool your remote chatters can open anywhere. The per-creator 30-day trial makes testing genuinely free.

Skip it (for now) if: documented credential handling is a hard requirement · the trio of unknowns (storage, 2FA, face verification) is disqualifying for some agencies · or if you want a tool with visible market history behind it. Six months of public track record would change this review.
