Ten OnlyFans accounts on Infloww cost $400 a month, every month. The same roster on OFManager runs about $75 · and the first five accounts cost nothing at all. In a niche where CRM software is usually the second-biggest line item after chatters, that gap deserves an explanation.

OFManager is a native desktop CRM (Windows/macOS) for OnlyFans agencies: multi-account inbox, mass messaging, chatter analytics, built-in residential proxies and an unlimited free tracking-link suite. It is also the platform behind the BetterFans API.

A price gap that wide usually hides a catch. So our OFManager review went looking for it: we ran the pricing math, stress-tested the security model against Infloww’s containers, and dug into who actually operates the tool. The catches exist · they’re just not where you’d expect.

What is OFManager?

OFManager is a native desktop app · not a browser extension, not a web SaaS. Each creator account runs in its own isolated session inside the client, which behaves like a dedicated browser with proxies already wired in. Three account types exist: creators (free, up to 3 accounts), agencies (first 5 accounts free, then paid), and promoters (free, unlimited tracking links).

The desktop choice is a deliberate security position, not a limitation. Web CRMs route your sessions through the vendor’s servers; extensions live inside your everyday browser next to your Gmail cookies. A desktop client keeps sessions on hardware you control. It also changes the login flow: OnlyFans treats OFManager as a new device, so connecting an account can trigger face verification and 2FA. The app surfaces a time-sensitive Ondato link you open on your phone · the scan happens between the creator and OnlyFans, and OFManager only receives the pass/fail signal.

Who runs it is less clear. The terms point to a Wyoming-registered entity with arbitration in Laramie County, but no named founders, no company page, and no Trustpilot or G2 profile as of July 2026. The engineering is real · the platform ships the fully typed BetterFans SDK · but the anonymity belongs in your due diligence. Half this niche operates the same way; it still matters when you hand over creator sessions.

If you manage a single page and answer your own DMs, the free creator tier is likely all you need. This review focuses on the agency tier, where OFManager competes head-on with Infloww and Supercreator.

Key Features (Where the Value Sits)

1. The pricing model: 5 free accounts, then earnings-based

Full agency functionality · mass messaging, CRM, analytics, proxies · on your first five creator accounts, for $0. From account six, pricing starts at $15/account/month and scales with each creator’s earnings (“lower earnings, lower fees”). The catch we flagged: the brackets above that $15 floor aren’t published. You discover your real bill as your creators grow.

2. Free unlimited tracking links (the sleeper feature)

Every plan · including the free promoter tier · gets unlimited share.ofmanager.com tracking links with clicks, trials, fans and revenue per campaign. Nobody else in this comparison treats attribution as a free core feature rather than an upsell. If you buy traffic, this replaces a paid tool; for Meta pixel-level attribution you’d still pair it with something like OnlyFansAPI’s Smart Links, which solve a different problem (feeding ad platforms, not just reporting).

What that looks like in practice: a roster running Reddit drops, a TikTok funnel and two shoutout swaps generates one link per channel. A week later the dashboard shows which channel produced fans who actually spend · not just clicks · so the next promo budget follows revenue, not vanity metrics. 4. BetterFans API (for builders)

Your OFManager account unlocks the BetterFans Link SDK: a fully typed TypeScript SDK with an MCP server, covering messages, fans, vault, earnings and a real-time event stream. It’s bundled · no per-request metering · and turns OFManager into a programmable base for custom dashboards. Is OFManager Safe? The Security Model, Examined

The model is sound on paper. Isolated desktop sessions per account, in-house static residential proxies that OFManager owns rather than rents, zero-knowledge local credential storage, and rate-limit-aware sending. OnlyFans’ face verification runs directly between you and Ondato · OFManager’s servers only see the success signal, never the biometrics.

Against the field: Infloww containers each creator in a dedicated VPS with its own proxy and passwordless role-based access · an equally serious design with a different topology (their servers vs your desktop). Browser-extension CRMs like BuddyX sit at the other end: they share your actual browser profile, which is the weakest fingerprint isolation of the three approaches.

The track record: no documented ban wave linked to OFManager in 2024–2026, one detailed community review (six months of stable use on r/onlyfansadvice), and a third-party security article citing “thousands of agencies without account issues” · which echoes the vendor’s own claim, so treat it as directional. Independent proof is thin. Thin cuts both ways, though: OFM communities never sit on ban horror stories, and there are none.

One practical warning: don’t confuse ofmanager.com with “of-management.com” · a different business carrying a 1-star Trustpilot fraud complaint. They share nothing but a similar name, and search results occasionally blur them.

Our hardening advice if you adopt it: run the app on a dedicated machine (or at least a dedicated OS user) rather than a chatter’s personal laptop; never log the same creator account in from a phone or home browser once it lives in OFManager · IP consistency is the entire point of static residential proxies; keep one creator per session and resist “quick checks” outside the app; and export your fan data periodically, because a desktop tool with an anonymous operator deserves a backup habit.

Three public tiers, no published add-ons, and a “no hidden fees” promise. The variable that matters is what happens after account five.

The 10-account math (as of July 2026): OFManager ≈ $75/mo (5 paid accounts at the $15 floor) vs Supercreator CRM Premium at $150 vs Infloww at $400 ($40 flat per profile). Two caveats keep this honest: OFManager’s floor assumes low-earning creators · successful rosters climb into unpublished brackets · and Supercreator’s free CRM Lite technically covers 10 accounts if you can live without its Premium features.

At 25 accounts the gap widens further: OFManager ≈ $300/mo at the floor (20 paid × $15) vs Infloww’s $1,000 flat. Even if half your roster climbs into higher earnings brackets, you’d need OFManager’s unpublished tiers to average above $50/account before Infloww becomes cheaper · unlikely given the “$15 floor” positioning. The one economic scenario where OFManager loses outright: if AI chatting drives your revenue. Supercreator’s Izzy at $99/account + 5% of AI sales can pay for itself on high-volume pages, and OFManager has no equivalent to sell you.

Who Should (and Shouldn’t) Switch to OFManager

Switch if: you run 1–20 OnlyFans-only creators with human chatters, your Infloww bill stings every month, or you’re starting an agency and want enterprise-grade tooling at $0 for your first five signings. The free tier alone is a legitimate way to launch · full features, not a crippled demo.

Stay where you are if: your roster spans Fansly, Fanvue or MYM (Infloww remains the only serious multi-platform CRM), your revenue depends on AI-assisted chatting (Supercreator or Infloww’s copilot), or you need maximum account isolation with anti-detect fingerprinting at any price (OnlyMonster).

The hybrid play worth knowing: since promoter accounts are free and web-based, you can adopt OFManager’s attribution layer and BetterFans API alongside another CRM without migrating anything.
